The purpose of the event Star Night is hidden in its name i.e. the night of stars. In India, the title of Star will be given to real-life heroes, and they are the Navy, Army, and Bureaucrats. In other words, the event of Star Night will be the event of Samarpan to the police force of India working for keeping the country safe from the inter-country riots and wars.
In this event, these real superheroes like police officers, IAS, IPS, RPF, and so on will be given rewards for the best performance within their department with true heart, honesty, and sincerity. This event will be organized again for the first in the state of Bihar for the police force in India. This night will be memorable for the one attending the Gangotsav event and getting a chance to watch the live samarpan ceremony of the police force i.e. they will be getting the chance to see the real-life heroes serving the nation to keep us free from outside attacks.
This event will be organized similarly to the ‘Umang’ function organized in the city of Mumbai for highlighting the glories of the police force by giving a tribute to them.
- The first day of Star Night will be performed by the Lady Artists for defining the main purpose of Women's Empowerment.
- The glory of the second will be the popular singers from Indian Idol and the popular dancers famous for the unique style of dancing from Dance India Dance will be performing in this event.
- Laughter is one of the best medicines for curing diseases and for this reason, on the third day the mimicry and stand-up comedian show will be organized for entertaining the public sitting in the audience.
- In addition to this on the fourth and fifth day of Gangotsav, the fusion of countries will also be shown on the stage and thus, the famous local singers will be performing songs and dancing with the popular Bollywood celebrities. This will reflect the different colors of India on a single stage. Bollywood is a well-known industry that offers various entertainment-based videos or songs to its users. And thus, for attracting a wide range of audiences to the Gangotsav festive Bollywood celebrities or popular faces will be invited. This is the fact that most people tend to follow the words and actions of their favorite actors and thus, the popular faces of Bollywood taking part in the festive will inspiration for the public for keeping the sacred River Ganga to be clean and mesmerizing like before.
- The whole night of the sixth and seventh day of the star night event will be added with extra entertainment with the fusion of the Bollywood celebrities and the Purvanchal celebrities, and they will be performing live in front of the audience present in the event. This is because entertainment is not limited to Bollywood industries but other industries also work for entertaining their viewers or the public. Thus, this fusion of Purvanchal and Bollywood will be the best example of reflecting the colors of different entertainment-based industries.
- On the eighth and ninth day of Gangotsav, the star performers of the Television industry and famous personalities will be honored by the TV and Film Awards for their best performance.
- The tenth will be the best day as the night will be dedicated to all the real-life superheroes, the night of Samarpan. On this day, the glories and victories of the Police Force, IAS, and IFS will be marked by words. They will be rewarded for their dedication and work with full sincerity and dignity.
- For making this star night event a great success, on the eleventh day, the fabulous and sensational singers of India will be giving their performance over the stage to make the audience enjoys their fullest. Again, the sensational singers will be from multiple backgrounds or singing styles like Sufi, Rock Stars, Disco nights, and so on.

The event of Samarpan will be organized will full gratitude for giving tribute to the great victories and glories of the police force for praising them and their sincerity in their work. This night will be memorable for the one attending the Gangotsav event and getting a chance to watch the live samarpan ceremony of the police force i.e. they will be getting the chance to see the real-life heroes serving the nation to keep us free from outside attacks. This event will be organized on the tenth day of the Star night event as this event will be organized for all eleven days.
